DigiCom Pune 2018 Saw Deeper Interactions around the Role of Data in Digital Future

It was a great evening when some of the leading industry experts talked and brainstormed the significance of being digital in acquiring new age customers. The DigiCom Pune 2018 saw major interactions happening around data and experts believed that the latter is going to play the bigger role in driving digital future.

The evening saw the keynote address delivered by Mr. Janakiraman Ramakrishnan, Head of Strategy, Rolls-Royce India. He talked about the role of data in driving digital strategies with the focus on customer acquisition and engagement. During his address, he threw light on how data will be crucial in going ahead for future business acquisitions.

During the event, the role of digital content and significance of digital in shaping up the go-to-market strategies were also discussed. These two topics were particularly talked during the two interactive and informative panel discussions.

During these panel discussions, the panellists also stressed the need for the tonality of the digital content, consistency and how digital can be initiated with small steps within the organizations.

Mr. Ashish Verma of Wolf Regalos also touched upon some great ideas on how organizations can digitize their merchandise to enhance customer and employee engagement.
